Please check in “Order”. 

After your shipment is posted out, your Order status will switch from “Paid” to “Shipped” with a courier company tracking number. 


  1. How do I entitle for free shipping? 

To purchase up to RM100 for free shipping promotion in West Malaysia or to receive a RM10 discount upon purchase of RM150 for East Malaysia. 


  1. When will I receive my purchase? 

We will process for your purchase within 2 working days upon completion of payment. Thereafter, within 1-2 working days, you will be able to receive your products!


However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

  1. What to do if my order item is out of stock? 

We will notify you when your order item is out of stock, you can either choose to wait for the stock or refund.
